About the role:
As an Application Support Engineer at Neovici, you’re the ultimate bridge between our code and our users. You aren’t just fixing issues; you’re the guardian of a seamless experience, ensuring our innovation always works perfectly in the real world. Your day-to-day impact includes:
Investigate and resolve production issues in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
Harness Azure logs and monitoring tools to decode system behavior, optimize performance, and pinpoint errors.
Work with SQL to validate data and trace issues through transaction flows.
Configuring and tuning LLM configurations to maximize usage while minimizing cost and latency.
Troubleshoot API-based integrations and identify where requests or processing break down.
Manage the support case lifecycle in Zendesk and help keep support operations structured and effective.
Turn incidents into actionable bug reports and collaborate with developers on long-term fixes.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, acting as a clear link between our technology and our customers.
Help improve support routines, documentation, and technical troubleshooting practices.
To succeed in the role, You’ll need:
3-5 years of experience.
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Experience in supporting a SaaS application in production.
A methodical approach to troubleshooting across multiple layers of a system.
Experience with Azure, SQL, and REST APIs.
Previous work with Zendesk or a similar support platform.
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of complex cases.
And it sure would be an advantage if you also have:
Experience with enterprise applications or customer-specific integrations.
Exposure to financial workflows or transaction-heavy systems.
An interest in improving technical support processes, not just handling incoming issues.
