About the role:

As a Technical Project Manager at Neovici, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop detailed project plans - including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.

Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.

Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve project management processes.

To succeed in the role, You’ll need:

3-5 years of experience 

Fluency in Swedish and English 

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Typescript

A track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
