About the role:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Neovici, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our most important customers/clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive long-term growth
Acting as the primary point of contact for key customers/clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and fostering upsell/cross-sell initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that add value for the client
Analyzing customer data to optimize engagement strategies and identify potential improvements
Managing contract renewals, negotiations, and resolving any client concerns proactively
To succeed in the role, you’ll need:
3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or related fields
Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and delivering exceptional client service
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance long-term strategic relationships with immediate business needs
Experience in retail, tech, or SaaS environments is a strong plus
Analytical skills to interpret customer data and turn insights into actionable strategies
Negotiation skills and experience handling high-value contracts
